I take a different approach to coaching clients: providing the support & accountability you need to make changes in your daily habits and responses. Over the next 6 months, your coaching package includes up to 24 sessions.
Months 1 & 2 – 90 min first session, with accountability sessions : one 60-min session each week.
Month 2 & 4 – One 60-minute coaching session and review of progress. Accountability sessions: one 60-min session each week.
Months 5 & 6 – One 60-minute coaching session and review of progress. Accountability sessions: one 60-min session each week. One final 90-minute coaching session, bringing all lessons learned to a close.
One-Off session – Also available at any time during the six-month process, you may book a one-off 60-minute session to deal with something that has specifically come up.
In addition to these coaching sessions, you will have access to me through your choice of support:
I expect you to take action between sessions.
As we wrap up each session (even the short accountability sessions), I will ask you what you are committed to over the coming days. We start the next session talking about what steps you took in moving forward.
This accountability ensures that during the three months of coaching, you take strides forward in action, rather than merely learning and gaining insight. You will learn a lot of self-awareness. Patterns of behaviour that you ignored will become apparent.
But it’s not enough to just become aware of the patterns. Your commitment is to change and taking action.
I also prepare tailored journal prompts for my clients, allowing you to digest the process. Of course, you have to do the journaling. I can’t do the work for you.
Ideally, you will have internalized not only the changes we are working on but all the method of bringing about change in your life. The journal exercises and new habits empower you to advance when you aren’t in the coaching environment.
